At only 20-years old C.C. Hudson from Spring Hill Farm in Tennessee leaves his home in 1897 to find work in the growing town of Greenboro, North Carolina.

He got his first job in a textile factory that produces overalls. For 25 cents a day he was sewing on buttons. In 1904 this factory was closing its doors and C.C. Hudson saw his chance to open his own business. He and some colleagues opened their own company: the Hudson Overall Company.
In 1919 the company name was changed to “Blue Bell Overall Company”.
In 1943 they acquired a company named “Casey Jones Work-Clothes” and with it a brand name that shall make them famous in the future: This brand name is “Wrangler“.

In 1997 the Brand ‘Wrangler” had its 50th anniversary – 100 years after C.C. Hudson went to Greensboro, NC.

Chino pants/trousers, or simply chinos, are a type of lightweight cotton trousers made from chino cloth in a twill weave. Though they are sometimes confused with khakis, as they are usually khaki in color, chinos are of typically dressier style similar to that of suit trousers and as such can be considered a smart casual form of dress.
Well thats what they used to say back in the swinging 60’s or in an episode of Quantum Leap ,but we who are cut from a different cloth and like to be known that way say that we will wear what we want when we want, well almost ; )

Hiroshi San ( or should we call him Sensei )  is one of the Kings of Style  and this  Colab with Rolex adds to that catalogue of style he has, this  teases you with a glimpse into his collection of custom Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King.  All I can say is two Kings together produce a timeless peace  (get it).

…Dav our latest member at Wood went down to London on a track day were he was able enough to drive the most exquisite cars in the world. This was a full day event were he drove a Lamborghini Murcielago Lp640, Ferrari F430 and Lamborghini Gallardo…

Since we first started wearing Adidas here at Wood , the brand has become an integral part of our style. The oldest member of the Wood team (thats me) remembers the first time the Adidas TRX was released in the 80’s. I  purchased them  in a  gem of a  store in Huddersfield  called Shoebiz. If any one out there knows the guy who owned this store then please let me know ( i need to thank him ) as he must have some of the best Adidas ever released, including the 2 pairs of Adidas Jeans I bought from there in 1986. The back catalogue that Adidas have is head and shoulders above any other shoe brand known to mankind.  Any ways enough creaming over the old crop, these classics have been rereleased so as all of you that missed out on them first time around can enjoy them now.
