A brand that has a good foundation of functional outdoor wears that are also very on point in terms of trend and look are Penfield. With a history and archive dating nearly 40 years they are spoilt for choice as to what to drop each season. So far they have done an amazing job over the past few years , especially since we have been working with them. This leaves nothing in question about their credentials and all we can say is that they are a brand on the up, watch out every one else.

This week we received an amazing drop from  The Hundreds for Spring 2010 with plenty of t-shirts,  hats and shirts as well as a few sweaters and jackets to boot… Starting with the Tee’s we have the Tri Di Tee, Outstanding Tee, Stained Tee (pictured), Deagle Tee and Lisa Tee all retailing at £30…

We have the Victor Longsleeve Shirt in both Purple and Grey which is £75 and the Elio Longsleeve Shirt in Purple and White (£70). Sweater wise we’ve the National Crew in Purple which retails at £70 and last but definitely not least we have the Escape Jacket in Black which is £125.

Next up some headwear, as always Adam Bomb makes an appearance, look out for the Adam Bomb New Era in both Black and Teal (£35). Finally some Snapbacks, all £25, we have the Team Snapback in both Black and Blue – and the Daze Snapback in Black.

It’s Monday once again and that can only mean one thing… Matching Mondays!

First up this week we have a cheeky little combo for you, this one is for those of you who like to leave that button up shirt unbuttoned for that classic casual summer vibe… The shirt in question is this very fresh Townshend Plaid Check Shirt, from Mishka (£69)… We’re generally suckers here for anything in the overly streetwear ‘Seafoam’ colour-way and this time is no different, this is a beautiful shirt!

Can you believe it’s already Week 3 in our fantastic new series Matching Mondays? They say 3 is the magic number, which is why this week we are treating you to, er, 2 great outfits to choose from! Always wanting to keep you on toes, we at Wood are a lateral bunch at times, anyway no need for any more jabbering, let’s get on with the show!

First up, in a late but great tribute to Michael Jackson, we have this simple yet supremely dope Black and White combo…

Taking it from the top we have the In4mation Standard New Era in Black (£35) – this is one of the cleanest fitteds in the store right now and is a dead cert for the ‘I really should have copped that when you had it in’ award for August 09, don’t sleep!

Next we have the Midnight Cowboy Shirt (£70) from 10 Deep, a classic plaid shirt given the 1o Deep treatment, setting you apart from any old schmuck on the high street!
